Do I need a facelift?

As we get older, our faces start to “sag” and we often find ourselves, looking in the mirror while holding our skin into the position we would like it to be and saying to ourselves…”I just need a facelift”.
In reality, how many of us are going to take the actual plunge and get a facelift? I would hazard a guess at, not many. Not only is it costly and risky, it also means an operation and taking time off work for recovery. Because of this, most of us wouldn’t go through with having a surgical procedure. Unless of course, you’re a celebrity!
So are we just meant to “age gracefully”?!
Hell no! Haha granted, no amount of botox and filler, Profhilo or Nucleofill is going to give the overall effect that a facelift would, but it definitely moves things in the right direction. The aging face has many processes that are occurring. We are losing bone, our ligaments are becoming more lax, our fat pads start to slip southwards and our collagen and elastin production takes a nose dive.
