Nucleofill® Eyes is highly purified polynucleotide matrix, capable of activating the skin’s bio-regeneration processes both deep down (fat and bone tissue) and in the dermis (fibroblast stimulation). This means it works as a cell signalling molecule. Stimulating the skin cells to produce more collagen, become more contractile and attract water to the area. Resulting in the skin being lifted, hydrated and tightened.

Nucleofill® Eyes determines three types of effects on the skin membrane (epidermis, dermis and subcutaneous tissue):

  • Effect on the dermal-epidermal layer

Nucleofill® Eyes is a gel composed of low molecular weight polynucleotide chain fragments. The high density, but low molecular weight structure allows a fast penetration into the tissues and an efficient stimulation.

Nucleofill® FAQ’s

Nucleofill is polynucleotide. This means it works as a cell signalling molecule. Stimulating the skin cells to produce more collagen, become more contractile and attract water to the area. Meaning the skin is lifted, hydrated and tightened.

It can be used anywhere the skin needs lifting and tightening on the face or body. It can also be used to promote hair growth in the scalp, eyebrows and beard area.

It is administered either using a cannula or needle or sometimes a combination of both.

The injections can sting a little but are over very quickly and the sting does not persist more than a couple of minutes.

There is a risk of bruising and bleeding. There is usually a mild degree of swelling that may last for 24 hours or so. There have been no reported events of occlusion with Nucelofil.

The appointment will take 20 minutes. Most of this time is spent discussing the treatment, preparing for treatment and the consent forms filling. The injections themselves take a couple of minutes.

For the eye area, rest of face, neck or body it is recommended to have 2-3 treatments 2-3 a part. For hair regrowth it is suggested 4-6 treatments, 2-3 weeks a part.

The full effects will be seen 1-2 months after the last treatment of the course.

The results last approximately 6-9 months. It is suggested that a single maintenance treatment is carried out every twelve months to maintain the effects.
