Underlining Beauty has just teamed up with Arabelle Hair and Beauty to offer its services to even more locations on the Wirral.  Arabelle are a new and exciting affiliation, offering a wide range of hair and beauty treatments, including make up and semi-permanent make up. This has now been extended to non-surgical aesthetic procedures through our new partnership. I will be setting up a new clinic within Arabelle, bringing Underlining Beauty to Higher Bebington.   Arabelle is situated at the top of Town lane, Higher Bebington, opposite the Co-operative food store.
